Reviews for Dream Weaver

Lizzie Love wrote a book and her entire world changed in ways she could never have imagined.
When we first meet Lizzie, she's a regular person: a mom, wife and legal secretary who happened to write a book. She takes the big plunge and is taken on by a high powered literary agent in New York City. From there, her world changes forever.
Her larger than life agent helps her sell her book and land a movie deal which pulls her into the film industry and meeting her real life muse, Michael Garrett (star of her favorite tv show - Galaxy Gateway). But the real excitement begins with the arrival of Lizzie's stalker, only known to us a the "Masked Panty Raider" (MPR). For the rest of the book, you will wonder who the MPR is as he stalks her across the country to the set of her movie.
This is an action packed book with a wonderful range of characters; ones you want to love and cheer for to ones you can't help but hate and take pleasure in their misfortunes and everything in between.
Once I started reading Lizzie's story, I didn't want to stop until I found out what was behind all the twists and turns I went on with her. I found myself cheering for her at times and pleading for other things to not happen. Reading this story was a wonderful and exhausting thrill ride.

If you are looking for a book that will keep you guessing and full of beautiful detail, you will love Dream Weaver! Lisa Beth Darling paints amazingly detailed pictures with this well crafted thriller. The interactions between the characters, and all of the raw emotion in this book make it very hard to put down. I was totally wrong about who dunnit until the it was disturbingly, and horrifically revealed. A well written horror mystery is to put it lightly. You can FEEL the pain and heartache of these characters as their lives change and re-change before your eyes. I highly recommend this novel.
Review by Rory Deer

I have been one of her fans since I first came into contact with her work several years ago. I have studied Ms. Darling's craft and come away amazed at what she accomplishes with the printed word. If you are like me, you will find yourself spellbound by her style, grace and ease. Her fertile imagination is nourishing food for a reader hungry for something different. She has a true gift.
Review by Matthew King-Boston Now

Lisa Beth Darling has masterfully woven together the fabric of dreams and dreamscapes to create the ultimate psychological thriller. I dare you to read "Dreamweaver" and guess "who dun-it." Lisa weaves together too completely different story lines, into one stunning journey through romance, mystery, intrigue as well as taking you into the mind of a mad-man. Once you pick up this novel, you WILL NOT put it down until you discover the whodunnit!
Review by Dale Smith-Chancelor Emory College

Posted 10/08/08: Dream Weaver is a sensational book with plenty of romance, angst, thrills, and chills. The descriptions of the characters and the circumstances they find themselves in is done with the attention to detail that it draws you in to such a point that you really feel like you can relate to them and what is going on. The protagonist is one you will love as much as you will hate the antagonist. I highly recommend this book.

I was surprised by this book. I laughed, cried, cringed and held my breath along with really rooting for the characters of 'Michael' and 'Lizzie' to get together. The author held me spellbound for hours.
